Please be informed that the Tanzania International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) is inviting all accredited ADR practitioners who wish to become members of the Tanzania International Arbitration Centre to apply for TIAC Membership and Panels of Neutrals.

All applications for being a Panelist shall be accompanied with the Curriculum Vitae and certificate of accreditation of the applicant for TIAC consideration.

Young ADR Professional Dialogue ( YAP Dialogue )

Dear all

Kindly be informed that there will be a Young Alternative Dispute Resolution ( ADR ) Professional Dialogue scheduled on Saturday, 2nd of October 2021 which will be conducted by the Tanzania International Arbitration Centre (TIAC). This YAP Dialogue holds a theme “Arbitration practice opportunities for young professionals in Tanzania”

Objective: The dialogue aims at enlightening young professionals from various fields on the vast opportunities that can be harnessed from arbitration practice in Tanzania as a growing economy. The dialogue focuses on guiding young professionals on the viable ways to develop arbitration practice niches that have the potential of expanding the practice in their respective professions.

The Perks of Attending the Dialogue: Attendees will get the opportunity to become members of Young TIAC Network. This is a network of young practitioners in all professions who aspire to become national and international ADR practitioners mentored to become the best in the field by the most experienced practitioners in ADR.

Kindly be informed that there will be 2 days Physical Training scheduled on 30th and 31st March, 2021 by the newly established Tanzania International Arbitration Centre (TIAC).

Course Title: “A Basic Course on Compliance and Regulation of Arbitration, Conciliation, and Mediation Practice in Tanzania:”
