Kindly be informed that The Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and the Tanzania International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) through the support of Freedom House will conduct a one day open dialogue titled “The Law and Practice of Plea Bargaining in Tanzania” on 24th March 2022 from 09:00 am to 04:00 at the Wakili House in Dar es Salaam
The panel will be led by Hon Judge (RTD) Robert Vincent Makaramba, Dr. Ringo Tenga ,Mr. Jeremiah Mtobesya and Mr. Benedict Ishabakaki supported by experts from the Judiciary, DPP’s office, prisons, as well as human rights practitioners.
