Policy and Law Reform Advocacy

TIAC is committed to ensuring that Tanzania taps fully into its potential of being a preferred dispute resolution center in the region. Excellent policies and laws are a precursor to a functional dispute resolution system. Policy and law reform programs are part of the core functions of TIAC. The program is carefully designed to ensure that the government, the private sector, and practitioners contribute meaningfully to the development of the jurisdictions’ policies and laws.
