All practising Arbitrators and Mediators in Tanzania are required to be accredited and registered from 1st day of March 2021 at the office of the Registrar, Ministry of Constitution and Legal Affairs in compliance with the new arbitration law and regulations. This seminar is therefore a collaborative effort by TIAC, TLS and MoCLA to raise awareness on the required compliance.
