The Tanzania International Arbitration Centre is organizing a two- days Specialized program for Universities and Students from the Law School of Tanzania titled “Foundations of Commercial Mediation: Bridging Core Principles and Legal Practice in Tanzania. The program aims to build practical skills that every successful legal professional needs, including  how to handle disputes confidently, gain deeper insights into commercial mediation, understand how core principles connect with real-world legal practice and most importantly, the accreditation processes : Requirements and Procedures.

Date :  23rd – 24th August  2025

Fee :  Early Bird Registration TZS. 200,000/=

            Beyond 16th August 2025 – TZS. 250,000/=

Our Model Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the TANZANIA INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CENTRE (TIAC) Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dar es Salaam, Tanzania [or choose another city]. The language of the arbitration shall be English [or choose another language]. The number of arbitrators shall be one [or three, or delete this sentence and rely on Article 8 of the TANZANIA INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CENTRE (TIAC) Arbitration Rules]”.
